Tempe, Arizona landed the #7 spot on Livability.com’s list of the nation’s “Top 10 Downtowns 2016.”
This East Valley city scored top marks for area growth with high-tech and innovative companies along with a range of small startups to major conglomerates attracting an educated workforce and a variety of housing options within walking distance to the city’s core and Arizona State University which ranked 5th in 2014 for Best College Towns.
