We are looking for a Buyer Agent that can convert leads to clients.
You will need a flexible schedule to meet with clients – evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:
- Daily lead follow up via Phone, Email, Text and Social Media
- Convert leads to showing appointments
- Festival and Event Participation
- Buyer Van Tours
- Monthly Open House
- Commitment to growing your knowledge-base and skill set
- Consistently network and market to prospect for new clients
- Willing to work weekends and days when buying activity is at its peak
- Being Reliable and Motivated to Work
Qualifications:
- Arizona Real Estate License Required
- Have closed at least 3 transactions
- Comfortable using MLS tools
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to drive yourself to and from appointments
- Familiarity with the area real estate market
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Ability to build meaningful connections quickly and love meeting new people
- Strong work ethic, determination, and a team player
- Forward thinking, proactive, dynamic, and perform well under pressure
Compensation: An attractive commission split and quality leads. The compensation is entirely determined by your willingness to succeed. You can as little or as much as you want.
