Hunting for the right home is already challenging, and with many sellers avoiding open houses and in-person visits during this Covid-19 pandemic, even local house hunting may benefit from our Virtual Home Buying Program! 

 Here are some of the things our team is doing in order to make the process of shopping for a home virtually as easy as possible. We will schedule a virtual appointment to learn what you are looking for and make a game plan to get you what you want.  We will then email you listings matching your criteria the moment they hit the market.  We will schedule a virtual tour via FaceTime, Hangouts, or Zoom to show you every detail of the home virtually.  We utilize the latest in electronic signature technology, making it easy and effortless to review and sign any contracts, disclosures, and amendments during the offer and negotiation process.  Once we have an executed purchase contract, we will work with you to help you wire funds for the Earnest Money Deposit to the title company.  We also have mobile runners on standby to help facilitate the delivery of the checks.  We have referrals for experienced inspectors that have all agreed to comply with any and all recommended CDC protocols to ensure the safety of any occupants living in the home.  After the inspection, you will receive an in-depth report from the inspector’s findings.  At that time, we will schedule a virtual meeting with the home inspector so that we can learn more about the home and ask any questions that come up from the findings.  We have mobile notaries that will drive to your home to bring the closing documents to your doorstep.  Each mobile notary will also comply with CDC recommendations to ensure safety for all.  Last, we will even deliver any keys, garage openers we receive to your doorstep.  In addition, any check or miscellaneous items that would need to go to the seller or title company we will have facilitated for you.  

In an ideal world, you would be able to visit all your house hunting prospects in person and thoroughly explore them before making any decisions. But for the times when we don’t live in an ideal world, you can make the home shopping process easier with these best virtual practices while still helping you become a homeowner.
