Wicked Cool Catering Commissary Kitchen – Shea Plaza – Phoenix, AZ
The PCS team was honored to represent Eric Greenwald, Chef Courtney Nouri, and Wicked Cool Catering in the site selection and lease negotiation process, helping them find the perfect space to support their expanding operations and growing client base.
This new commissary kitchen will not only streamline production but also give them the room to innovate, scale, and continue delivering the “wickedly cool” culinary experiences that Phoenix has come to love.
Angry Chickz – Festa Palms – Mesa, AZ
PCS represented Angry Chickz as tenant rep to secure their first location in the East Valley and their third location overall in the Phoenix MSA to continue their Arizona expansion. Fiesta Palms Center in Mesa is an established high-traffic retail corridor surrounded by strong daytime and residential demand. This location is an exciting next step forward in their continued expansion across the state.
Angry Chickz – Canyon Trails Towne Center – Goodyear, AZ
PCS represented Angry Chickz as tenant rep to secure their second location in their Arizona expansion. Canyon Trails Towne Center in Goodyear is a dynamic fast growing trade area that is primed for future growth. This location is an exciting step forward in their continued expansion across the state.
Starfish – Mercado on Hayden
PCS worked with California based restaurant group, Starfish, to bring their first location out of state to Scottsdale. We are excited to the first location in Arizona bring life back to the corner of Hayden and Via De Ventura.
Heritage Kitchen & Cocktails – New Chef Driven Concept – Mcdowell Mountain Marketplace
Partnered with one of the preeminent restauranters in Phoenix, who currently owns Lorenzo’s and Protein House, to identify the trade area and find a site for a new vision and chef driven concept in N. Scottsdale. PCS was able to negotiate and execute the lease for the first location at the vacant Wandering Donkey at McDowell Mountain Marketplace
