Roberta Candelaria

Roberta started her real estate career in sales and marketing of new condominiums. After gaining experience working and learning from other successful real estate firms, she opened Phoenix Urban Spaces.

Roberta has built her team at Phoenix Urban Spaces around the specific needs that she saw in the clients she helped.  She found that when people came to her, they were mostly in a state of transition…downsizing, retiring, starting a family, wanting to invest in real estate or looking for a new place to open a business.

The Phoenix Urban Spaces team began as specialists in condos, townhomes and lofts; but as their clientele grew, so did their expertise.

    Shelina Mandalia’s real estate career started with Keller-Williams in Long Beach, CA; working with home buyers and investors.

    After 4 years, she decided she wanted to invest in real estate herself which led her to move to Phoenix in 2011.

    She has worked with a variety of clientele including first time home buyers, flippers, and multi-family investors.

    Shelina has a passion for real estate and loves sharing it with others!

      Pam Prusha

      REALTOR Sales Associate / Transaction Coordinator

      Pam Prusha joined Phoenix Urban Spaces in May 2016, as the Operations Manager.  She came with 12 years experience in Property Management as administrative support in both Residential and Commercial real estate.  With an eye for detail and her organizational skills, she manages our transactions and lends administrative support where needed.

      In August 2017, Pam took the next step and became a licensed sales agent.  She still enjoys working behind the scenes as a Transaction Coordinator, making sure each transaction moves along smoothly.

      Now she has the added excitement of helping buyer’s find their dream home!

        David Camomile

        David Camomile’s interest and enjoyment of real estate led him to depart the corporate world and begin a career in real estate.  Starting as a Luxury Onsite Condominium Specialist in 2007 for a Scottsdale developer, he spent the next 8 years gaining a tremendous understanding of seller needs and how to successfully negotiate a transaction.

        Wanting something different, and seeing the need to provide buyers with the same level of service as he was giving sellers, Dave expanded his business into the resale market.  He has been able to apply the same skill set in representing buyers.  By building strong client relationships and truly understanding the Phoenix/Scottsdale/Cave Creek metropolitan real estate market, Dave has successfully helped his clients identify their real estate needs and wants while making the home buying or selling experience as seamless as possible.

            Jacklyn Whitehead got her Real Estate license right after graduating High School, starting her career in sales and marketing in new home sales of single family homes.  Wanting to explore other avenues of Real Estate, she landed a job as an Assistant Property Manager, quickly moving up to Area Supervisor overseeing 4 different communities.  She has experience in resale as well as apartment locating.  With the years of experience in different fields, she finally decided an Urban Living Specialist was the best fit for her.  She is passionate about finding the right home for you and is always willing to go that extra mile to make sure you are satisfied!

              Janthavy Norton was hired as a Social Media Manager and Broker Administrative Aide.

              Her passion in pursuing amateur skateboarding gained her experience in social media and grassroots marketing.  She was born and raised in Chandler, AZ and has lived in Downtown Phoenix for over a year now. Her lifestyle is very similar to the demographic in Downtown Phoenix and she spends most of her time downtown, skateboarding, or enjoying nature.  Being from Arizona, she is very knowledgeable of the Phoenix area and all the outdoor attractions all over Arizona.

              She is now studying to get her Real Estate license and will be transitioning to an Urban Living Specialist to manage the sales at en Hance Park.

                Alli Ordaz

                Broker Administrative Aide

                Hired as a Broker Administrative Aide, Alli Ordaz has a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education with an emphasis in English literature.

                Over the past five (5) years, Alli has lived all over the Phoenix area and currently resides in Scottsdale.  She enjoys the diverse and fast paced culture and community of downtown Phoenix and loves experiencing what Downtown Phoenix has to offer.

                Alli spends most of her time between Phoenix’s residential communities as well as the urban living spaces, such as en Hance Park Condominiums.

                She is In the process of studying to get her real estate license and transitioning to a full time buyer’s agent.

                      Anne Healy developed an appreciation for architecture from an early age.  Upon completing her undergraduate degree in Architecture, she ultimately decided that the field of Real Estate is where she could best put her skills to use.

                        Theresa has been an Arizona resident for thirty years.  She is a U of A graduate and has called Phoenix home since 1998.  Theresa and her husband owned and operated a salvage auto auction business, growing it into the largest independent salvage auto auction in the southwest. During the growth of the company they acquired over 67 acres and continue to manage their property in South Phoenix and Tucson.  She is experienced in 1031 exchange, Buyer and Seller Representation, Landlord and Tenant Representation, ULI member, and completed ICSC’s Shopping Center Study Series.
