It’s Great to be a Homeowner

It’s Great to be a Homeowner

Chloe sent this in as a new homeowner and I’ve decided to add it to our blogs as it has some very informative links others may enjoy.

At the turn of every year, I take stock of what I am grateful for (I should be doing that every day…) and what I feel my biggest accomplishments have been over the past 12 months. It helps me feel even more motivated to give the upcoming year my all!

One of my greatest accomplishments in 2016 was purchasing my home just a few months ago. And now that it’s mine, I want to make sure I’m putting in the effort it takes to make it the best possible sanctuary for my entire family. I’ve spent a lot of time researching what projects I’d like to take on in the coming months — and have even started a few! Here are some of the articles I’m keeping handy for my own use that I think lots of homeowners will enjoy:

Sherry Chen from Community Outreach RENOVISO thought another resource;  “Baby Proofing Guide” would be another valuable link for new homeowners.

Jenny Silverstone from  would also like to share a free checklist to assist new parents with baby proofing their homes.

All the links have lots of useful information for new homeowners and old homeowners alike.  Hope one of them helps you!
