Big changes are coming to Downtown Phoenix!

I started working in Downtown Phoenix about nine months ago. I originally moved to the area almost three years ago and it was easily the best decision I’ve ever made.
It took me about a year to really settle in and make my place in the community. But once I did, I haven’t regretted one moment.
I truly feel like a part of this town and I love my people so much. Working with Phoenix Urban Spaces has been such a blessing and I have learned so much in such a short amount of time from my broker Roberta Candelaria.
There is a huge plan for this city and I cannot be more excited!
Margaret T. Hance Park (located in the heart of downtown) is going through a major renovation rumored to start in two years with a $120M budget. You can learn for yourself how the revitalization will happen and what’s taking place at this public open house. Margaret T. Hance Park was established in 1991 and has been providing a fun place for Phoenicians to enjoy the city every since! New events, programs and social opportunities are happening year round!
Once I thought I had everything I needed in downtown Phoenix, I found out they are building a skatepark! Check out the renderings here! I’ve been skateboarding for almost 5 years now and it is my true passion. I drive far out just to get to a decent park.
I’m beyond excited for the recent improvements, developments, and future changes for Downtown Phoenix.
If you are looking for arts, culture, love, energy, and endless activity. This is the city for you, it has captured my heart entirely and completely changed my lifestyle.
