Real Estate Office Manager

Salary

$35,000 – 50,000  including profit sharing.  Dependent upon level of experience.

Do you have an interest in Real Estate, but like the security of a steady paycheck with profit sharing?  If you are looking for growth and opportunity in the real estate space, let’s talk!  Real estate license preferred but not required.   I’m looking for an office manager to relieve me of the administrative and management tasks that are preventing me from only performing revenue generating and business development tasks.  The perfect individual will understand the value in profit sharing – when the Company makes money, so do all support staff.

Location and Hours

Flexible days/hours/location and will work closely with the right candidate to determine the best solution for both of us.

 

Responsibilities

Listing Support – involvement from initial appointment with client to the post-closing checklist.  By keeping every step of the process organized, you will enable our company to handle more listings with the same great level of customer service our clients receive today.

Lead Acquisition and Management – manage various aspects of lead acquisition including negotiating with various vendors and managing the implementation of different technologies for lead generation.  Oversee agent lead follow up and conversion rate to insure strong ROI.

Social Media Management  – Implement and manage social media strategy.

Marketing Coordination  – coordinate with all internal and external resources to implement marketing campaigns and events as defined by Broker.

Vendor Support – work with all preferred vendors, photographers, contractors, designers, etc.

Team Leader  – Implement an employee retention plan to include support, mentoring, management and development plan all company resources.  This includes licensed agents and support staff.   As a Team Leader you will manage the conversion activity, workload and follow up of licensed agents.

 

Skill Set Requirements/Experience

  • Real Estate license and industry experience preferred, but not required
  • Resourceful
  • Self-managed, self-motivated
  • Deadline driven
  • Attention to detail

Technologically smart and resourceful

  • Must be able to quickly adapt and learn new technologies
  • Be able to quickly learn whatever is needed through a Google search. As an example, creating an Excel formula
  • Research and learn new and existing tools to better manage and simplify business processes
  • Utilize online tutorials and training to learn all applications needed to effectively perform role
