Malik brings a robust background in Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Development, and Construction, augmented by extensive expertise in Corporate Finance and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Malik has a proven track record of leveraging data driven insights to inform strategic decision making, streamline business processes, and boost profitability.

Malik grew up in restaurants and has held positions, for several concepts, starting as a Dishwasher, Cashier, Host, Server, Bartender, Key Employee, Assistant Manager and working his way up to an Assistant General Manager before jumping over to the corporate side with PF Chang’s. He has significantly contributed to the growth and success of globally recognized restaurant and retail brands such as P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Pei Wei Asian Diner, Fender Musical Instruments, Protein House, and Grimaldi’s Pizzeria; in addition to several regional and local concepts. Malik’s unique blend of financial acumen and real estate prowess has consistently delivered outstanding results, solidifying his reputation as a trusted partner in the restaurant, retail, and commercial real estate industries.
